Gold level: 2nd referral, $50 gift card towards treatment and a special gift
Platinum level: 3rd referral, $75 toward treatment and a special gift.
How do I join the Super Hero Club?
If you would like to be part of our Super Hero Club, just tell your friends, business associates, neighbors and family members about us. Don’t forget to tell them to mention your name so we know who to thank.
We also have referral gift cards (valued at $25) that you can give out to people looking for a dental home.
