The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly, it is not like a regular dentist's office. Dr. Tong is sensitive to your needs and makes your visit as calming as possible. You don't even feel like you are at a dentists' office when you are there.

I actually go to regular check ups with Dr. Tong where as before I would try to avoid going to the dentist at all. The only time I went to the dentist was when there was a problem or if I was forced. Just by going to regular check ups I am avoiding having serious problems with my dental health.

I feel like my other dentists have not been as personable and friendly as Dr. Tong. He knows who I am by face not just by a chart. I like that he is more careful and understanding of my needs as a patient. I have had problems with other dentists with my gag reflex and they were not sensitive to this where Dr. Tong is and I have not had any problems with my gag reflex with him.
